Carepro DS Community Nursing Services aims to deliver a range of services with our enrolled and registered nurses in the comfort of your home, our nurses are highly skilled and love the work they do, all Nursing Services are personalised to suit client specific needs and provide access to clinical support in your home.

Our nursing services are delivered in 3 phases

1. Assessment- delivered by Registered Nurse.
2. Support Plan Development- Developed with participant, family & other relevant service providers
3. Allocating Nurse to your plan- identifying & allocating nurses with right level of expertise & experience

All our nursing services are monitored and adjusted regularly to ensure quality standards are maintained through an internal audit process.

Personal Care Services

Personal care supports relate to assistance with daily personal activities including assistance with, or supervision of, personal tasks of daily life. For example:

Personal hygiene, including showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing and grooming toileting, bladder and bowel management and menstrual care eating and drinking use of aids and appliances, hearing, and communication devices mobility and transferring, for example moving in and out of bed and on or off the toilet or application of splints, basic first aid due to injuries sustained as a result of a participant’s disability.

Personal care supports may be required across a variety of settings. For example, a participant living alone in their own home, living with family or other people, when undertaking social, recreational, education or employment activities or during holidays away from home.

Development daily life skills

Carepro disability services offer arrange of training to assist participants to enable their independence and acquire life skills that impact on the outcome of their lifestyle.

Our training cover 2 main areas

1. General live skills development such as maintaining hygiene, laundry and transport travel, person skill development.
2. Development to manage day to day life through the development of participant knowledge and courage, skill, and network of support coordination these supports are aimed at identifying.

Counselling for Improved daily living

Carepro Disability Service provides counselling to participants to facilitate self-knowledge, emotional acceptance and growth, and the optimal development of personal resources, our qualified counsellors help participants work towards their personal goals and gain greater insight into their lives.
